• Assist the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative duties relating to motor and general insurance.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal and external customers on new business quotations, policy renewals, and insurance enquiries.
• Support showroom insurance sales and generate renewal opportunities through follow-ups with existing customers.
• Handle motor insurance sales and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
• Prepare, coordinate, and process insurance-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold professional ethics, integrity, and responsible business practices in all dealings.
• Ensure customer requirements and company procedures are met while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
