What The Role Is

You play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) Enterprise System (Logistics), the key RSN engineering and logistics processing system, by ensuring that all system changes and access are made effectively and in compliance with governing policies.

What You Will Be Working On

• Work with relevant agencies and contractors supporting the system to ensure RSN's interests are well-guarded and in compliance with policies
• Study the current inadequacies of the system
• Drive enhancements for the current system and its future replacement
• Manage the morale and workload of staff under your purview
  
  

Challenge(s)

• Understanding the interrelationship of the various supply, engineering, maintenance and finance modules, as well as the governing policies, to ensure compliance
• Grappling with the management of the logistics system alongside the concurrent development of its replacement system
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Information Technology, Engineering or Supply Chain Management is preferred
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Maintenance, or Supply Chain Management
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
