We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive both business development and recruitment delivery. You will actively develop new client relationships, win recruitment mandates, and manage the hiring process from job briefing to placement.

You will work closely with junior recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction on candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management to ensure successful delivery. The role covers hiring across Technology, Financial Services (FSI), Professional Services, Corporate Functions, and other specialist sectors, requiring the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Proven success in job agency recruitment and business development.
• Ability to hunt, develop, and grow client accounts.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
• Strong understanding of Technology, Financial Services (FSI), Professional Services, Corporate Functions, and other specialist sectors hiring.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior recruiters and sourcing teams.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with a track record of meeting placement or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment technology platforms.
