Job Descriptions:

• Be accountable for the quality of Civil and structural work in the Construction sites.
• Lead the site supervision team on the Civil works on Waterworks project.
• Assist CRE on all Civil & Structural site issue’s and supporting critical defects and punch lists rectification works
• Reviewing and approving of technical submissions by Contractors.
• Verifying work done and payment on civil and structural works
• Involvement in contract-related matters on the project. Attendance in meetings, discussions with clients, contractors and to lead in technical and progress discussions

Qualifications Required:

• A good Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by Board of Engineers, Malaysia
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works.
• Good experience in water treatment plant projects and contract management would be an added advantage
• Obtained a valid CIDB green card
• Conversant with local building codes and regulations
• Good knowledge of civil and structural details, working drawings, and local construction practices
• Those with design (concrete or steel) capabilities will possess a distinct advantage
• Good leadership and supervisory skills with experience in leading a group of Inspector of Work
• Good command of English
