• Assist in the day-to-day administrative and clinical operations.
• Coordinate and support clinic operations and workflow.
• Prepare and maintain administrative, operational and clinical documentation.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings and staff coordination.
• Handle correspondence, reports, records and filing.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, patients, suppliers and other stakeholders when required.
• Monitor operational matters and follow up on pending tasks.
• Assist management with business and administrative projects.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
