Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections.
• Conduct financial variance and root cause analysis on sales, costs, gross profit, SG&A, and inventory, providing actionable business insights.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, identify risks and cost-saving opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to align financial analysis with business operations.
• Manage audit, tax, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance, liaising with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Improve financial reporting processes, internal controls, and operational procedures.
