1. 具高中 / 職以上學歷。
2. 具電話行銷或業務經驗者佳。
3. 正面積極、健談且有工作熱忱、表達能力佳、有耐心、配合度高。
4. 具抗壓性，不想領固定死薪水，具企圖心欲向高薪挑戰者。
5. 口條清晰，反應靈敏。
