Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate construction site activities, manage subcontractors and schedules, ensure quality and safety compliance, liaise with stakeholders, and prepare reports to resolve on-site issues effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers to maintain efficient operations

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site schedules to ensure timely project progress

Monitor work progress and verify quality workmanship to meet project standards

Enforce compliance with workplace safety requirements to maintain a safe work environment

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution

Prepare detailed site reports and resolve on-site issues promptly to support project continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrated experience in construction, term-contractor and A&A works to support effective site management

Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload for smooth site operations

Strong communication and leadership skills to lead teams and engage stakeholders effectively

Problem-solving skills applied to site coordination challenges to maintain project momentum
