Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily packaging operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
Monitor packaging processes to ensure products meet company quality and safety standards.
Assign daily tasks to workers and supervise their work performance.
Ensure packaging materials and equipment are properly maintained and used efficiently.
Conduct quality checks on finished products before delivery.
Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and report shortages to management.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
Train and guide workers on proper packaging techniques and safety practices.
Prepare daily production reports and update management on operational progress.
Assist management in improving productivity and reducing operational costs.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
Good leadership, communication and team management skills.
Ability to supervise workers and coordinate daily operations effectively.
Basic knowledge of packaging processes, quality control and workplace safety.
Able to work independently and solve operational problems.
Physically fit and willing to assist with packaging operations when required.
Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Able to communicate effectively with workers and management.
