Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating and supervising daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, supervisors, subcontractors, clients and other relevant parties on site activities.
Review drawings, specifications and technical requirements before commencement of work.
Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, progress reports, inspection records and other project-related documents.
Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for site activities.
Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and inspections when required.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
Liaise with clients and relevant parties regarding site progress, work arrangements and technical matters.
Assist with testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out activities where applicable.
Perform other engineering and project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
