Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
in CNC programming, precision machining, manufacturing, or a related industry.
Relevant experience in the
Aerospace and/or Precision Engineering industry
is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in
CNC machining and programming
.
Proficient in
Mastercam
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and
CAD/CAM software
.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.
Good understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, tooling selection, cutting parameters, and CNC machine operations.
Experience in developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex and precision components.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Experience working in an
aerospace manufacturing environment
will be an added advantage.
