Malaysian At least 3 years in F&B, including 2 years as Supervisor (full-service or Korean BBQ restaurant preferred) A good leader who stays calm during peak hours Good with guests and able to handle complaints well Experience with POS, cash handling and closing reports Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Good Bahasa Melayu and English Typhoid injection and food handler certificate before you start (we will guide you if you don't have them yet)

Lead the team on your shift and assign each person's station Open and close the outlet, including the cash count and daily sales report Train crew on our service standards and table-side grilling Make sure every guest gets fast, friendly service Handle guest feedback and complaints Check food quality, cleanliness and team grooming during your shift Help plan staff rosters and keep attendance records accurate Do stock checks and help with ordering Make sure the outlet follows food safety and hygiene rules Report daily to the outlet manager
