SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented and experienced Senior Sales Executive to support business growth, expand the customer base and develop new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, a proactive business development mindset and the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
• Source potential clients and generate sales leads.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations and negotiations with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and potential sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and updates for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Canva/Capcut/etc

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
