We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Business Development Executive to grow VIGNE Medical Group’s Services by developing strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and other business partners.
• ⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow client’s base.
• ⁠ ⁠Promote and introduce our services.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership materials when required.
• ⁠ ⁠Attend networking events, corporate meetings, healthcare events, and client meetings to develop new business opportunities.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the healthcare and industry.
• ⁠ ⁠Achieve agreed business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience in business development, healthcare, customer relationship management, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach.
• ⁠ ⁠Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and enquiries.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up skills and a results-oriented mindset.
