Responsibilities
Drive buses to provide safe, smooth, and pleasant journeys for passengers
Maintain cleanliness of the bus throughout the shift to ensure a comfortable environment
Follow allocated driving schedules and timing to meet operational requirements
Deliver courteous and professional service to all passengers and customers
Comply with the company’s operational standards and procedures consistently
Perform comprehensive bus maintenance according to the main schedule to ensure vehicle reliability
Adhere to safety guidelines and represent the company professionally at all times
Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs
Carry out additional related duties as assigned to support team and company objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
Possess at least 3 years of relevant bus driving experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a valid LTA Bus Vocational Licence (advantageous but not mandatory)
Demonstrate responsibility and effective time management skills
Exhibit good work conduct and a strong, positive work attitude
