Diploma / Degree student in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Mass Communication or related fields

Able to commit to the required internship period

Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XHS

Basic knowledge of Shopee and Lazada is an advantage

Familiar with Canva and CapCut is an advantage

Good communication and writing skills

Creative and willing to learn

Proactive, responsible and able to work independently

Good time management and able to meet deadlines

Comfortable with basic content creation, photography and video recording

Interest in automotive, 4x4 or car accessories is an added advantage

Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XHS

Assist with planning and scheduling social media content

Support content creation, including product photos, short videos, captions and promotional posts

Assist in filming automotive products, accessories and installation processes

Support the team in creating TikTok, Reels and Facebook videos

Assist with Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns

Monitor ad performance, reach, engagement and leads

Conduct competitor and market research

Manage and update Shopee & Lazada product listings

Upload product photos, videos, descriptions and specifications

Update product prices, promotions and stock information

Assist with Shopee/Lazada campaigns, vouchers and promotions

Monitor online orders and customer enquiries

Analyse product performance, traffic and sales data

Help improve product titles, descriptions and keywords

Assist in preparing weekly/monthly marketing reports

Support other digital marketing, e-commerce and content activities when required
