Supervise and coordinate daily logistics, warehouse, and material handling activities.

To ensure the store inventory cycle counts and wall-to-wall counts are conducted according to planned schedules. 

To ensure optimum planning to achieve set goals for store operation.

To develop and implement a continual improvement program to achieve the shortest cycle times and optimal material management, aiming to eliminate wastage. 

Track delivery status and follow up on delayed, damaged, or missing shipments.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure goods are properly packed, labelled, and handled.

To review and analyze inventory reports/ store activities with suggestions and recommendation. 

To monitor stock level for assembly parts and trigger replenishment of safety stock in a timely manner. 

To oversee the coordination of shipment deliveries by In-house drivers or outsourced transporters. 

To ensure filing of documentation are performed an orderly manner and retrievable as and when required.

To perform any duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
