Requirements

- Honest, responsible, punctual, hardworking, and committed to growing with the company.
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred; candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, product quality, food hygiene, and kitchen safety.
- Able to work well as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, dough, fillings, toppings, and bakery products according to recipes and SOPs.
- Assist with daily bakery production, including mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, cooling, decorating, and packing.
- Ensure all bakery products meet company standards for taste, appearance, size, and quality.
- Follow the daily production plan and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process and report any issues to the Supervisor or Head Baker.
- Follow all food safety, kitchen safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
- Support different kitchen stations as needed, including oven, shaping, cold processing, mixing, filling, and Danish pastry production.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-organized kitchen operations.
