Bachelor’s Degree or higher; Good Mandarin and English skills (reading, writing, and communication). Priority will be given to candidates who speak Portuguese (Brazil). preference given to candidates with degrees in Marketing, Advertising, New Media Operations, Portuguese, or related fields;

At least 1 year of experience in overseas social media operations and influencer marketing; familiarity with short-video platforms and traffic strategies, tactics, and techniques; experience collaborating with overseas influencers, private domains, and affiliate networks is preferred;

Possess independent marketing planning capabilities and content dissemination experience; adept at identifying trending topics and leveraging popular content and events for topic-based marketing to drive traffic;

Ability to independently draft advertising copy, create visual content, write scripts, and produce videos;

Results-oriented with data analysis skills; self-motivated and eager to learn; capable of identifying, breaking down, and resolving problems;
