Systems Management Associate (IT Systems Support)

• Location: Cuppage Road, Singapore
• Salary: Up to SGD 3,160/month
• Contract: 6-month

About the Role

Looking to build your career in IT systems management and operations?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Management Executive to support the smooth operation, maintenance and enhancement of IT systems within a well-established organisation.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative and coordination skills who enjoy working with technology, managing stakeholders and supporting system improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Systems Support: Manage daily system account queries, user access creation/revocation requests and compliance-related matters.
• System Enhancements & Testing: Support change management activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technology refresh projects and major system enhancements.
• Data Management: Coordinate data rectification requests and verify the successful implementation of vendor system patches.
• Administrative Coordination: Review UAT test scripts, coordinate meetings, track approvals and follow up on Service Requests (SRs) to ensure timely completion.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Liaise with internal users and external vendors to facilitate discussions, resolve issues and coordinate system-related requests.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in IT systems management, data processing or database management is an added advantage.
• Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in supporting system improvements.
