Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scoping: Define project objectives, set deliverables, create timelines, and build budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble the team, delegate tasks based on strengths, and motivate members.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Track milestones, manage daily progress, and adjust plans when changes occur.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential roadblocks early, track a RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) log, and create backup plans.
