Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The role involves sourcing qualified candidates, assessing their suitability, and working closely with hiring managers and clients to meet hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Understand job requirements, technical skills, and hiring priorities through discussions with hiring managers and clients.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and recruitment databases.
• Recruit for roles across software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, testing, and IT support.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess relevant experience, communication skills, salary expectations, availability, and role suitability.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit shortlisted candidates with clear screening summaries.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
• Support salary negotiations, offer acceptance, and pre-employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines and track market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability.
• Deliver against recruitment targets, including quality of submissions, placements, and time to fill.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or IT staffing environment.
• Familiarity with IT roles, technology stacks, and technical terminology.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Experience handling permanent and contract hiring is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
