Responsibilities

Job Description: Amazon Connect Developer

  • 3–5 years of contact-centre development experience, including 2+ years in Amazon Connect.

  • Hands-on experience with contact flows, routing, Contact Lens, and reporting.

  • Basic knowledge of AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.

  • Experience with Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and troubleshooting.

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer Associate certification is preferred.
