Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist to manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow and statutory compliance for our Singapore operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting, monthly closing and financial reporting accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, analyse variances and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts and funding plans.
• Manage bank accounts, payment approvals, receipts, bank reconciliations and short-term liquidity.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense claims and payment or collection follow-ups.
• Handle or coordinate GST, corporate income tax, statutory audits and other compliance filings.
• Improve finance policies, approval authorities and internal controls.
• Liaise with banks, accountants, auditors and tax advisers on relevant matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of corporate finance, accounting or financial management experience.
• Familiarity with accounting, monthly closing, financial statements, budgeting, taxation and audit support.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST and corporate income tax requirements.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, funding plans, banking, payments and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical, internal control and cross-functional communication skills.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $7,600.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• corporate finance, accounting or financial management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
