We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager, Finance (GL & AR)

We’re looking for a Assistant Manager, Finance to keep our financial engine running smoothly, from the first invoice to the final financial report.

What you’ll do:

Own the AR cycle: issue invoices, chase collections, match payments, and keep ageing reports sharp

Run the general ledger: drive month-end closing, journals, accruals, reconciliations, and deliver accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reports

Keep us audit-ready: prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and support corporate tax and SST submissions

Support smart decisions: assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance tracking so management always has the numbers they need

️ Make things better: spot process improvements and support the Finance Manager along the way

What we’re looking for:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualifications are a plus)

5+ years of experience in AR, GL, and month-end closing

Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP is a bonus!)

Strong Excel skills for reconciliations, reports, and schedules

Eagle eye for detail and a knack for spotting discrepancies

Great communicator who can follow up and resolve issues

Organised, independent, and able to juggle multiple deadlines

Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment where no two days are the same
