The Role
Here's how you'll spend your time:

• Conducting applicational and visual assessments on finished product samples
• Reviewing and updating bakery quality control working instructions
• Managing raw material procurement and stock for the bakery lab
• Collaborating with the R&D team to develop new recipes
• Maintaining and cleaning laboratory equipment and environments
• Representing the business during customer audits and showroom exhibitions
• Supporting and training customers on product use and application

What We're Looking For
You're the right fit if you have:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a bakery or pastry environment, including pastry art and croissant lamination
• A formal background in cooking or pastry
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients such as chocolate, margarine, or vegetable cream
• Confidence in customer-facing scenarios with strong communication skills
• A working level of written and spoken English
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• A collaborative, organised approach with a strong problem-solving mindset
