Help bring events to life across Singapore. As an Events Coordinator, you'll work with the team to keep event operations organised, support on-site staff, and make sure everything runs smoothly from setup to pack-down.

What you'll do

- Set up, coordinate and pack down events with the team

- Coordinate staff schedules, event materials and daily operations

- Support promoters and event teams on-site

- Monitor event progress and report updates to the manager

- Help solve on-the-ground issues and keep the team organised

What we're looking for

- Organised, reliable and able to stay calm under pressure

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

- Strong English communication; other languages are a plus

- Able to start within a week and work flexible hours, including weekends

- Event, CCA or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
