Job Opening: Project Development Manager

Location: Penang

Job Description

• Lead and oversee project development from initial planning to successful completion.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and business opportunities.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resources, and quality standards to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks, resolve project-related issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
• Prepare project proposals, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Identify new development opportunities and support the company’s business growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project development or project management.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, budgeting, and coordination.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel and attend site visits when required.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
