To provide strategic leadership and oversight across the Financial Departments, ensuring robust financial governance, effective resource allocation, talent development and continuous process improvement. The role will partner closely with the Financial Controller to drive the execution of the Finance department's strategic priorities and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee key Finance functions, ensuring effective governance and compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
  
  

• Provide guidance on financial reporting, accounting and regulatory matters to support accuracy and consistency across Finance operations.
  
  

• Oversee resource planning, team development and succession planning to strengthen overall team capabilities and effectiveness.
  
  

• Drive process improvements and operational enhancements to improve efficiency, reporting quality and internal controls.
  
  

• Support Finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, process automation and digitalisation.
  
  

• Work closely with the Financial Controller to support the Finance department's strategic priorities, operational plans and ongoing initiatives.
  
  

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial, regulatory and operational matters.
