Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support database management system and related software.
- Perform Microsoft SQL/Oracle server maintenance.
- Monitor and manage database performance and troubleshoot when needed
- Perform periodic database indexing performance improvements.
- Perform database backup and recovery using RMAN.
- Monitor data archiving processes and system configuration to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with clients, data analysts and other relevant teams to ensure database reliability and troubleshooting.
- Conduct an audit process on hygiene report data to ensure the data is kept up to date.
- Facilitate personalized data retrieval processes for various company needs.
- Reviewing the data processing cycle and providing development recommendations.
- Provides a data dashboard that top-level managers can use for reporting.
- Work closely with related teams to identify and report bugs in the database management system.
