About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketing) to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, content creation, marketing collaterals & APP management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Plan and execute social media content calendars across TikTok, Facebook, Dahua APP and related digital channels.
2. Create engaging captions, scripts, visuals, and short-form content that communicate product benefits clearly.
3. Support digital campaign execution, basic optimisation, and performance reporting.
4. Work with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and KOLs to deliver campaigns on time and within brand guidelines.

What we're looking for

1. 2 to 5 years of relevant marketing, content, or digital campaign experience preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; BM and Mandarin can be listed as an advantage if truly needed.
4. Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
5. Strong organisational, project coordination, and creative storytelling skills.
