Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing all sales activities within assigned product portfolios and market segments, implementing effective strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities within assigned product portfolios and market segments to achieve business growth
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
• Identify potential customers, schedule appointments, and conduct quality sales calls to generate qualified leads
• Engage regularly with customers to assess their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and principals to monitor sales performance and ensure adherence to company standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in machinery for the semiconductor sector
• Possess own transport to facilitate mobility for sales activities
• Willingness to travel throughout Malaysia and overseas for training and exhibitions
• Ability to be based in Malaysia for extended periods as required
