Job Summary

You will inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production assembly line machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Inspect production assembly line machinery and equipment to identify faults and maintenance needs
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and facility equipment to ensure operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery status for production tracking
• Set system parameters to optimize machinery performance
• Repair sealing moulds to maintain product quality
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities to ensure safety and functionality
• Report faults promptly to relevant teams for timely resolution
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support production and facility operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Completed ITE certification in electrical, mechanical, or civil structural disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance
