Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise line leaders, technicians, and operators to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure daily production activities comply with SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
• Plan and coordinate daily manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to production staff.
• Prepare daily production reports and highlight any abnormalities to management.
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
• Monitor and report environmental issues, spills, or pollution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
