RVDS Hiring! Full Time Accounts Payable Lead (Korean Speaker) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Korean-speaking AP professional in Malaysia? This is a lead role with a clear path to heading the function.

Dodo Korea is expanding its Korean F&B outlets across Malaysia, working with a growing network of suppliers. We're looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to make sure every supplier is paid accurately, on time and with clean records.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Verify supplier invoices against orders, agreed prices and receiving records

• Reconcile supplier statements, credit notes and prepayments

• Plan weekly payment schedules and report funding needs to management

• Support month-end close with outlet cost allocation and accruals

• Standardise AP processes and build the team as volumes grow

WHAT YOU BRING

• Business-level Korean, plus strong English and working Bahasa Malaysia

• Hands-on AP experience covering invoice verification, reconciliation and payments

• Strong understanding of prepayments, credit notes and month-end reconciliation

• Strong accounting system and Excel skills

• Multi-outlet F&B or retail experience and an accounting qualification are a plus
