Job Description

Responsibilities

Reply to all emails sent by prospective patients to the company’s general enquiry email addresses in a professional, courteous and timely manner

Call or text prospective patients where a phone number has been provided to make appointments and follow up with an email/WhatsApp message.

Handle WhatsApp by replying to messages posted sent in by prospective & existing patientsAdvise estimated treatment cost and briefly describe procedure.

Follow-up on patient leads from other online sources.

Follow-up on leads on a daily basis.

Handle Facebook and Instagram: post comments and reply to messages.

Handle incoming calls that spill over when a clinic has missed them by greeting and re-directing caller appropriately.

Any other related duties as and when assigned
