We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
• Negotiate pricing and sales agreements while maintaining company profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the team to develop sales strategies and improve business performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum [SPM / Diploma / Degree] or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
