Job Description & Requirements

• Overall in charge of the dormitory and property real estate's operations to ensure the smooth daily processes
• Organised and disciplined so as to achieve quality performance through an effective and efficient flow
• Manage the onboardings / exits of Tenants and Dormitory residents and attend to their feedback
• Duties and Responsibilities includes daily operations / inspection of defects and onboardings and exits of migrant workers and all related dormitory duties
• Possess good writing / communication skills
• We are situated in the Pioneer / Kian Teck locality.
• We offer 5.5 workday, good advancement and career opportunities. Working hours 12pm to 9pm
• Able to start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month
