Our role in society is to keep developing products and services that make these kinds of universal information easier to access and use, thus supporting the intellectual activities of as many people as possible.
In addition, we have developed diverse businesses to support people’s intellectual creativity in all areas from private life through school and business, including digital cameras that allow the emotion of the moment to be captured without requiring any special skills and electronic dictionaries that bring together a mass of high-quality content, facilitating easy access to a wide range of knowledge.
- Handling Account Payable function and ensuring accurate account records.
- Process payment to vendors/ creditors via bank portal.
- Reconcile bank receipts against retails sales’ s EPOS system, E-Commerce and E-Marketplace transactions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintain monthly balance sheet schedules and various accounting reports as assigned.
- Coordinate and perform half yearly outlets’ cash count, fixed asset checks etc.
- Liaise with the auditor and arrange for retail GTO annual audit.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
- Min 2-3 years accounts experience in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)applications
- Experience in using JDEE1 Accounting software will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise.
