• Responsible for attaining QMS key performance indicators (KPI), and ensure the results fulfil the department objectives.
• Accountable for the issuance and maintenance of controlled documents to ensure correct implementation, access, and upkeep of documents.
• Developing and overseeing control system to prevent violation of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Initiate process flow upon receipt of revision requests for all controlled document types.
• Respond to internal and external requests for information by preparing reports.
• Maintain open items log and non-conformances are closed.
• Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System.
• Timely distribute latest revision level documents and records to appropriate users and ensuring the obsolete documentation is removed from use.
• Develop audit schedule/ plan and undertake regular internal audits, report significant issues related to business and operational processes for controlling the activities.
• Prepare audit reports on any weaknesses arising together with recommendations for improvement.
• Follow-up on corrective actions to ensure are undertaken to address non-conformities found.
• Analyse operational processes and other compliance issues to identify risks and control weaknesses.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.

Ad-Hoc:

• Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by your superior.
• Comply with Quality, ESH and RBA Policy and other policies, which are enforced by company.

Authority:

• Access to QMS and RBA online to get latest updates on new updates/requirements and communicate the changes to all relevant department.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem to violation to polices, laws and regulations.
• To conduct audit as and when is necessary.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
