Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager to support the continuous development of a consumer-facing digital platform across web and mobile.

You will translate business objectives into clear product requirements, own and prioritize the backlog, and work closely with designers and engineers to deliver valuable product improvements. You will also coordinate delivery planning, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned on scope and progress.

The role covers product areas such as games, AI platforms, and digital transformation.

Product Ownership

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and business teams to understand product objectives, user needs, and operational challenges.
• Translate business requests into product requirements, user stories, business rules, user flows, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the backlog for assigned product areas based on business value, user impact, technical dependencies, and engineering effort.
• Work with client product leadership to shape release scope and align priorities with the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to refine solutions, clarify requirements, and resolve product questions throughout development.
• Work with QA to ensure test coverage reflects business rules, acceptance criteria, and important edge cases.
• Validate completed features, coordinate UAT, and consolidate stakeholder feedback into actionable backlog items.
• Review product analytics, user feedback, and operational insights to evaluate released features and recommend improvements.

Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate estimation, sprint planning, delivery milestones, and release preparation with engineering, design, QA, and client teams.
• Track dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution.
• Manage scope changes and communicate trade-offs affecting priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide concise updates on progress, upcoming deliverables, and decisions requiring stakeholder input.
• Coordinate cross-team activities, UAT issue resolution, release readiness, and post-release follow-up.

Job Requirements:

Must have

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related role, including hands-on responsibility for software delivery.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous business requests into structured requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog and explaining trade-offs between business value, user experience, technical constraints, and delivery effort.
• Experience working on consumer-facing web or mobile products with frequent releases and multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of user journeys and product metrics related to engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue.
• Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, real-time interactions, and transaction flows sufficient to discuss requirements with engineers.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Professional Mandarin proficiency in meetings, requirement discussions, written communication, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in game, AI platform, or digital transformation products.
• Experience using analytics tools, SQL, or A/B testing to investigate product performance and validate improvements.
• Experience working directly with international clients and coordinating offshore delivery teams.
• Understanding of content moderation, account verification, privacy, and fraud-prevention workflows.
• Good English communication skills.
