Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in dealing with customers and business partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good business sense with strong problem-solving skills.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required.
- Candidates based in Kuala Lumpur or Muar are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand new business opportunities and customer accounts.
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute towards overall company growth.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports and presentations.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits and business meetings when required.
- Travel for business development and customer engagement when required.
