Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance or administrative roles.

Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and documents.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an added advantage.

Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including recording transactions, invoicing and payment processing.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

Prepare and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly accounting reports.

Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records of collections.

Assist in preparing documents and information required for audits, tax matters and other financial reporting.

Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation and approval.

Liaise with clients, insurers, suppliers and relevant parties on finance and payment matters.

Provide general administrative support to the finance and accounts function.

Assist management with other finance-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments when required.
