1. Insurance Administration & Services

• Handle day-to-day administrative matters relating to insurance products and services.
• Assist customers in understanding insurance products, coverage, benefits, terms and conditions.
• Process insurance applications, renewals, amendments and related documentation.
• Verify and maintain accurate customer information and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, agents and relevant parties regarding policy applications, renewals and customer enquiries.
• Assist customers with basic insurance claims enquiries and coordinate with the relevant insurance provider where necessary.
• Maintain proper records of insurance policies, applications, correspondence and transactions.

2. Money Exchange Operations

• Handle daily foreign currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with current applicable exchange rates and information on available currencies.
• Verify customer identification and supporting documents before processing transactions.
• Receive, count and verify cash received from customers.
• Monitor cash balances and request additional currencies or cash as required for business operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
