Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Proficient in web analytics and digital advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy across all platforms, including the company website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, and other relevant channels.
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, content, pricing, order fulfilment, inventory, and customer service.
- Monitor and optimize online store performance to maximize sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and revenue.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- Work closely with e-commerce marketplaces on campaign participation, promotional mechanics, and platform optimization.
