Job Summary
Support project managers by translating technical documents and coordinating construction site activities to ensure compliance and timely project delivery in a mechanical and electrical engineering environment.
Responsibilities
Translate technical and project-related documents to enable clear communication for project managers
Coordinate and monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to improve project coordination and meet deadlines
Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels to support project goals and resolve issues efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
Proven experience as a Project Assistant in the construction or engineering industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills through effective stakeholder interactions
