QAQC Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a QAQC Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to ensure that our outlet operations, food preparation, product quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, HALAL, QSC, GMP, and quality management systems, with good communication and report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related QA/QC, Food Safety, or Food & Beverage quality role.

• Strong understanding of food hygiene, food safety, and food preparation standards.

• Self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good report-writing skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex issues clearly.

• Knowledge of HACCP, HALAL, GMP, and food safety requirements will be an added advantage.

• Willing to travel to outlets for audits and quality assessments when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) evaluations at outlets to ensure food production and operational processes comply with company standards and SOPs.

• Prepare and submit QSC and quality evaluation reports accurately and within the required timeline.

• Identify and report non-compliance, quality issues, and areas for improvement to Management.

• Work with outlet teams to establish agreed corrective and improvement action plans.

• Follow up on corrective action plans and ensure identified issues are resolved within the agreed timeline.

• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain quality systems and processes to ensure products meet established SOPs and quality standards.

• Interpret, implement, and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of quality standards and procedures.

• Monitor and improve food safety and quality control procedures, from raw materials through to finished products.

• Work closely with R&D to support reliability and quality testing for new and existing products.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HALAL requirements, including product monitoring and measurement procedures.

• Ensure HACCP and HALAL documentation is updated, properly maintained, and readily available for audits.

• Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies, certification bodies, and external parties when required.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as directed by Management.
