Responsibilities
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (aP) |5 dAYS WEEK
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Location: One Commonwealth (Opp Commonwealth MRT)
Responsibilities
Process invoices and staff reimbursements to make payment according to payment cycle
Upload credit notes, including all other project documents in system when necessary.
Check all invoices for their correctness before processing payment
Maintain and update suppliers’ data in system and other accounting records for proper record keeping
Check supplier statements and our records, including missing invoices, credit notes etc…on a monthly basis
Requirements
Certificate in Accounting
Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
