Job Description

• Verify patients’ insurance coverage and eligibility before treatment
• Assist patients with insurance registration and documentation
• Submit medical claims to insurance companies / TPA
• Follow up on guarantee letter approval
• Explain coverage, limits, and patient payable amounts to patients
• Ensure all patient records and billing details are accurate
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for treatment reports and documents
• Handle pre-authorization requests for procedures or surgeries
• Liaise with insurance companies for clarifications or disputes
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and insurance requirements
• Assist in billing and invoicing related to insured patients
• Managing claim approvals, tracking, and follow-ups
• Familiar with the use of Excel / data entry systems
• Ensuring accuracy in claims, billing, and records

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or clinic environment
• Insurance processing / medical claims / clinic administration
• Handling medical or insurance guarantee letter submission (dealing with TPA / ANP)
• Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Managing pre-authorization for procedures/surgeries
• Familiar with medical billing systems / clinic management systems
• Familiar with Insurance claim portals (e-claims submission)
• Have basic understanding of medical terminology (eye treatments)
• Liaising with insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
