Keep the assigned work area clean and follow hygiene standards.

Assist the Demi Chef or Chef De Partie in food preparation according to company standards.

Serve customers politely and helpfully based on service standards.

Manage the cooking station assigned by the Demi Chef or Chef De Partie.

Take over the Demi Chef’s duties when absent.

Help reduce food spoilage and overproduction through daily checking.

Train and motivate junior staff and maintain good communication within the team.

Buy market supplies and perishable items when needed.
